both of them means "darling" "honey" etc
i searched for the raws and the original is
자기라고 불러봐
literally call me baby/darling/honey

I think our Juicy man just needs a place to lay low for a while and is trying to get a sorta private area, which is why his people are trying to find him a quiet apartment unit for him.
I think the page order was probably swapped a bit, so really he's mainly (and first) being told about the apartment and Then our MC as 'the guy living in the last unit', so it's not as if he specifically requested info on him or is moving in because of him, he's simply part of the background info... I reckon that's an important distinction.
