I feel like there are two options to it? The first scenario is that the blood that tied her and the emperor was the twins, but since they were no longer in her the bond is broken. And we leave it at that. The second scenario is just like the first one BUT since the twins also have her blood and the emperor's, then the curse passes on to them as well. Not really sure which one it is tho
