First thing I’ve read that makes sense of the chapter. Author made sure we understood through the discussion of how bad it could’ve been for Estelle to heal Roy. Then the dragon gives that prophecy. We head straight to Emiel who realizes he must be the heir to feel in a position to marry Estelle. I think you’re right. Bad things are going to happen, he’ll be dying and Estelle will heal him at the cost of her life.

I enjoyed the first 100 chapters but after that it wasn't as good. Mostly because it wasn't hard to read.
