i like the concept n its very unique but the plot progressed too fast n we didn't really get to know the mc past much n it felt like they only added the part where he got bullied ten chapters later just to only add some "revenge" targets to move the plot
You're right. But, imo (I might be wrong) they're focusing more on the comedic tone, unhinged revenge, and fast pacing. I liked it this way though. Once in a while, reading some manhwa that just skipped through bunch of chapters of flashbacks and memories.
There may be cons such as less depth of understanding the characters past and personality and what build them like that, how was a character related to their past, etc.

agreed~ i see the resemlance (op mcs and skill points and all) but they're actually quite different, especially the MC here is much more menacing than jin woo lol because of the plot centered on revenge :-)
I actually like this story more than Solo Leveling. The MC in Solo Leveling got this "Deus Ex Machina" action and then he became strong and cool. However here the MC works on his own, He doesn't give a damn about Gods or Devils even though they are interested in him. He has a goal and goes for it, getting stronger on the way. This manwha got me so hooked actually that I've read the translated chapters of the novel
