Ok there’s much more to Shuli’s family than what we know so far, I mean the empress HAS to be related to her right? Also I used to dislike the crown prince a LOT, but Theo is obsessed with the idea of motherly love not just love in general but the idea of a mother who loves her children more than anything else.
