From what I can see Omi is a two timing, no scratch that, he is a cheating horn-dog who is not happy with having just a boyfriend. Hope he gets his comeuppance somewhere down the line.

"Reflections in the water" is just the like the Japanese BL "Itsuka no Kimi e"
In the summary it says that reflections in the water was adapted into a movie Itsuka no Kimi e.
