attraction is one of the most important factor in a relationship. If you don't find him attractive or if you're not romantically interested in him, it won't work. Except it's asinine to date someone you are not personally attracted to. If she's not physically attracted to him that's fine and she can say that, same with any other person that doesn't mean they can't be friends if he also wants to stay platonic.

Update: guys i told him I cant be in a relationship because he’s not my type. He kept pressuring me like what’s wrong, and he can change, but it’s really rude to say that I don’t like his looks so I’m just ignoring him at this point. I said we can be friends but he said he cannot. So I can’t do anything but ignore him.

Glad you stuck to your gut; the pressuring isn't okay either and it's also okay if he can't be friends. You both just weren't a match for each other.

welp, if he said he can't be friend because you don't want to date him then just do it and not be friends, just be kind like you would woth a random on the road.
