So imma explain this since y’all for some reason cannot grasp the concept of rape.
Uke went to the bar to meet someone to get over Hajun. It did heavily insinuate he wanted a one night stand.
He rejected multiple people before eventually he was extremely drunk and was in the right mind to consent.
Hajun stops him from going with dude who resembled him and takes him home instead. Uke is trashed still when he regains consciousness. He is not in the right mind, meaning he cannot give consent.
No consent = rape.

‘But he went to a bar to get fucked’ — and? Consent can change. With that logic, any of the guys he rejected could have come back when he was to drunk to think straight and suddenly have ‘consent’. Even if you’re in the middle of sex, if the other person wants to stop, you need to stop. They are no longer giving consent at that point and continuing is rape. No consent is rape, whether vocal or not.

This is a pretty common trope in bl, but the arguments on this particular story are unbelievable. It literally doesn’t matter why he went to that bar. That’s the same baseless argument as ‘they were asking for it’ when women dress in anything that could be considered provocative.

IF you want to argue about the possibility that this isn’t rape, the main question is “would he be doing this if he was sober?”, which, from what we know so far, is more likely to be no— but that could be circumstantial. We won’t have a clearer perspective until it’s addressed through the uke’s thoughts/feelings (if it’s even addressed at all).

since this site is back, gonna say that I'm planning to translate Takara no Biidoro~

So I read the novel cause my stupid self couldn't handle the cliffhanger and I'm not disappointed in my decision.

So, our sei does get assaulted (not sexually, just physical violence). it's the first time that he had been a victim of physical bullying. It was heartbreaking to read this because he thought that knights are supposed to protect people┗( T﹏T )┛. (it was that 2 bastards from the 3rd order who always come to make a fuss in the accounting department and that saint guard guy who accused sei of being a stalker= basically 3 bastards who deserve to die)

The prime minister guy forgot to give sei some documents so he goes looking for him after only a few mins. But instead of finding a chronically fatigued sei, he finds him bruised and injured, lying on a pool of his own blood.

He immediately takes him to the health department where that guy (Health department's director forgot his name) takes sei and applies first aid which does not require magic. Obviously the prime minister asks him why he is not treating sei, but I think the Q guy was too nervous so he didn't answer the PM. The Pm thinks he's discriminating against sei and was going to take him to another healer when BOOM ARESH SLAMS THE DOOR OPEN.

He obviously treats our sei then proceeds with the snu snu time for the magic intoxication. 2 hours pass and the Pm and Q guy enter again though the Q guy knew exactly what they were doing (he's described as shameless in this part). Aresh was pissed and interrogated sei for the culprits. Our Mc is so smart he figured out the assailants with only their voices and even gather evidence!

Then the next day, our dear, glorious and mighty ML asks the two guys from his order to come to his office. They get busted with only questioning and a bit of evidence (Our sei actually tore a piece of the uniform's trousers from one of the knights, it was used as evidence). The punishment was 1 week home arrest, never bothering sei again, monetary compensation for the damage and a deduction of salary for a year.

Our sei was so practical and thoughtful when he decided the punishment. He told one week was enough for others to know they got in trouble and that the time they spent at home is much more useful when they spend it on their job. He also took monetary compensation only because he wanted to repay Aresh for his magic treatments. (he legit thought 'position? honour? dignity?they are useless for me. their only worth is their money.' when he made the punishment AND safe to say that Aresh accepted the money after much persuasion from sei at the restaurant they frequent for dinner.)

Sei also requested for the expedition to be moved forward since the more they delay the more money is wasted. The expedition arc is where Aresh confesses and our MC is troubled but has no choice but to give in to this smug child (no they did not start dating, he just gave in and postponed the problem for now because he will die without Aresh treating him).

The expedition arc has a lot more details and stuff. And Aresh confesses when they were one night away from returning to the royal palace. So you can say the end of that arc? Anyways I didn't write the whole arc cause my hands are sore. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

i went deeper into the comments and some people are giving so much hate to Kaoru but ?? do you even understand what immediately cutting off the string after telling him would have meant for his mental state? This is not something light, it was a FATED partner. All of Kaoru's past people who left him to be with their partner,, were they evil people? No. They were just normal humans. So how can he believe that he would do the right thing by cutting of Hara's chances to be with something like predetermined destiny so easily?! He wasn't testing Hara, he was testing fate. Before this, even though Hara reassured him of his love, the situation hadn't come to what it came in the past with him for his lovers. So how should he know whether that love will hold up in face of the fated person appearing?! Plus its easier to be in Haras place and say something like ‘Cut them off’ but to carry the burden of making that decision and cutting it off by your hand is something so much tougher. You're taking a chance at happiness from someone you love so much. Will it feel easy to do? I'm so insecure so I felt even sad when Kaoru progressed and did it because I wished he wouldn't have had to take that burden on his head. But wow, wow some people are hating on him because he didn't want to be the one to take Haras fated person away from him. And he even saw Aratos story where the string kept connecting and fated people really do fall in love. He's had nothing but that around him. How can you hate on him? I feel really crushed that such sentiment exists. I just think he's so so brave. And lovely. Sorry this got long.

This manga is so cute. Can someone suggested me similar manga/bl like Satoshi and Kakeru. I love this two.(づ￣ ³￣)づ. I mean with caring and protective seme and adorable but little ill uke. (⌒▽⌒)

This story is so nuanced I pick up on new things each time I re-read. I’m sooo sad I read it again while being unfinished literally so heartbroken right now even though I have hopes it will end on a good note. This is the hard part of good stories that are incomplete!!!!! Gaaaaah

The seme kept hoping he would look back. If he would just look back he'd throw everything away and confess but then he went back in just when the uke decided to look back.

This is a question ive been thinking about for a while but
When people say that i get frustrated. Like girls have asses too. They have the same function too. You don't have to go to a guy just for anal sex. I mean if you like guys it’s different. But if you’re a straight guy, i don't get why its common to go to a gay guy just for anal?
It just seems unnecessary and heartless, i guess, to me. To the guy and girl both. Idk.
