A physical copy does exist. The most I know is that it's published in local Japanese manga stores. I'm not quite sure if there's an online link to shop for it internationally

I remember this manga had the villainess remember her past only a week or something before judgement day, so she went around gathering evidence and making sure the 'heroines' allies don't show up to the banquet. I think her fiances brother was in love with her too. It felt like a villainess speed run.

I can only remember one scene from it and I can't find it in my reading or recent reads.
There's a scene where the main character is playing the role of a man who finishes his job and jumps off the rooftop. Black hair, glasses, and wearing a suit during the scene. After the first take of the scene, his friend or coworker asks him if he knew he was smiling during the take. Does this ring any bells?
I think it's another one of those reincarnation as an idol or actor stories, plus it's in full color.
