...in case some of you are very lost. What happened was after they tried to save Cain by removing the Satan’s weapon’s bullet off him, they had to stop because it takes a toll on Gyeong Joon’s soul and body. Aaron is also losing a lot of his power coz of Cain’s self-recovering ability in which he absorbs other magical power of those around him, so he (Aaron) can’t finish the removal process. Not to mentioned, they were attacked by Satan’s army from the outside too. So after they managed to remove about 2/3 of the bullet, Cain came back conscious. And Cain sees how Gyeong Joon is badly affected in trying to save him. Because of that Cain ordered Aaron to take care of Gyeong Joon as he stay away. Because he feels like if he remained with Gyeong Joon, Gyeong Joon will die faster. But Aaron said Cain being far from his Door could also endangers Gyeong Joon too, as other demons will try to kill him so that Cain can’t go back to hell. (This is due to demons must return to hell once in a while to recover their magical power, so if Cain can’t return he will get weaker day by day and it’s easier to kill him.) However, Cain reassures that he will be on a look out for them. So he left. And of course, when Gyeong Joon wakes up, he’s no longer there. As the trio continues being attacked, Cain went to a further side of the city and try to lure the demons or Satan’s attention to him so that Aaron can lead the two and leave to safety. Hope that give you guys an idea of what’s going on.
