Manual doesn't speak once. From his actions he cares deeply for the monster or demon... um that sexy creature! I think they are in love, but I don't know much at all from this. Besides the uke creature likes to eat hearts that are kinda happy. Even if the creature is a monster I can't say it's evil since it did off two killers who hinted at being serial killers. I want to know more about the two of them. And why Manual (most likely not spelling it right) didn't speak.
Our teacher seems to slowly but not yet realizing he is in love with our student. If the student saw the teacher and his brother together he would see that the teacher idiolizing him not loves him. The brother seems to like the teacher, but maybe fling worthy or is just teasing his brother to see his feelings. The student realizes he is in love, but doesn't realize that the teacher is not in love with his brother.
The first behind the story I am trying to place the last scene. I wonder if it is in the normal story or after it. Because in that one our Seme is still a dickhead, though a little caring. The second one his personality is flipped, but that could be from realization. Not sure. We don't see him interact with anyone but the uke so we don't know if it's a full flip or realization and trying to be better for the one he loves. However I am pleased to see behind the story since we are getting some new data and it is trying to wrap up the lose ends.
These two are cute. One's an airhead the other is scared of being rejected or having their beloved like someone more they are quite mean about it. Understandable for our Uke since his lover did ditch him and now his true love is a flirt. Our seme is going to get into a lot of trouble, because I think he is like me "just because i am in a realtionship doesn't mean I can't enjoy the view."
It's amusing and interesting. However I got hung up on one part. He had that dream and is wondering if it is a physic dream or not. Does that mean he is getting together with him in fear of the death or so he could try to prevent the death. I am questioning our main character, our uke's feelings. I don't doubt it could become love, but the motivations are what have me conflicted and confused.
That's exactly what bothers me about the story. The whole supernatural predestiny angle clouds the more interesting connection this two people foster based in things like admiration, shared inspirations and ambitions, sympathetic outlooks, all of which are much more interesting than the psychic hocus-pocus. Also, the dream imagery is so freaking literal, which it never is in real dreams where an event like putting on a sock can mean you need to replace the weather seal on your car door, or something like that. So , yeah ....
Not all dreams are symbolic. Some are literally snapshots of any given point in time.
Okay, random internet person who doesn't care enough about a discussion to sign in. I've never come across literal dreams from ...(thinking back) ... anyone except you, and Freud, Jung & Co. would probably not concur. There are some studies which indicate that a lot of random flotsam from the day gets sorted during certain sleep states, and may show up in dreams, but not as picture-perfectly accurate bellwethers of the future. I'm not always willing to suspend disbelief for a story, but it doesn't offend me with its lack of subtlety in this case, so I will go for it.
... F, J & Co. would probably not concur with you. There is pretty vast field of study behind dreams and their connection with the subconscious as a means of uncovering hidden information for the purpose of psychoanalysis.
Anyway, what would be the problem if the dreams were not literal, and these two connected on the basis of admiration.
The 20 years later part made me want to see a sequel with the son.
