Okay, since each of the other 2 got taken over by rape talk. I made a new one. And ya know it makes me upset that I have had to make 3 topics and delete two of them since people were focused on one thing. I get it. That what the uke did can be defined at rape. But that isn't all the book! And in fact this is the most I have had seen our community get upset an angered by a book that has possible rape. It makes me feel that you demonize a uke who does it more so than a seme. I wanted to discuss the chapter in a whole and not focus on one scene, but Nope, I can't have that. I have to get flooded with rape talk, nothing but rape talk. No talk about motivation, emotions, possible responses, or anything of the like. Hell I didn't get anyone saying something like "while I am getting tired of the rape trope, the rest of the story is good, wish they could have tweaked it a little." Nope I get someone telling me that people like me who read stuff that includes rape and rape tropes have corrupted morals and can't tell the difference between good and bad things in real life! Frankly I am disappointed right now in the community. Can't we discuss the story without focusing on one factor and one factor alone? And before someone starts going off on me for saying possible rape. We are seeing it from his point of view. He could be a horny drunk and could have initiated it. We don't know how he views rape either. He could think guys don't get raped. Yes that is a belief out there and some guys believe it even after they do get raped. He could think it was consensual. He could be one of those types who accept any kind of sex no matter what, yes i know guys like that. There are more layers here and it's too early to tell. After all, he was processing what had happened the night before when his son appeared.
As for the rest of the story. I like the fact our main character while being homophobic is not angry and such with them but rather wishes his son wasn't one. And worries misguidedly about his future. The reason the uke approached the main character was a good one. The misunderstanding gender was a bit funny. The morals he instilled in his son shown through. The fact he worries his song might like a 'loose' person is good. The trios interactions and even the friend was good. The story seems like it's based on the perceptions of the main character. And with perceptions we must know that they are only part of the story.
Heh like knowing the motive of his actions will change the fact there's no consent. "I thought you wanted to have sex so I penetrated myself with your dick when you were dead asleep. It's fine I didn't literally just put myself on you. We're just playing around lol" no. It doesnt change anything. I see excuses everywhere when you guys try to justify his actions with how the seme responds. Consent is key people, it's key. No consent means rape. It's a simple equation don't make it difficult for yourself digging for excuses. Now go enjoy the manga. This community is indeed a disappointment. Gay fetishizers and rape justifiers. Together hand in hand to call themselves fujoshi.
good way to get sex, not so good since your uke doesn't remember you are in love. instead of trying to mold him into your past lover, charm him in the now. Wouldn't be more fun to make him fall in love with you again? plus if you were going to do that, you should tell your fox so he can back you up.
wow these two, they love jumping each other when they are asleep. I guess they think sexy time is a perfect way to wake up a lover.
