I have a similar problem in which every time I try to go to the next chapter appears the 404 error page. In this situation what worked for me was change the chapters with the chapter index in the previous chapter. I know that it doesn't solve your problem exactly but I hope that with more posts under yours the problem gets more attention so it can be fixed. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
