Walk outside. Helps you calm and think clearly on how to deal with those sh*ts. 'Coz it'll be suffocating to be stressed and locked alone in your room (that is if you didn't want to confide it with someone) . It's somehow mentally healthy that way.   reply

Ok, so this happened when I was in my high school days. I was seated beside the window of our classroom looking outside since the lesson at that time bore me to death.
