Like the gurl is unconscious and delirium aaaaand the Gurls father approved of it, the MC asked the masked gurl for approval but what she can do? It's her sect leader and doing the r*ape thing to the unconscious lady is the only way of saving her it it will beneficial to the Sect.

Ngl, when I was reading the spoiler I was legit like “what in the scum villain is this shit” cause this exact same plot line literally happens in the original novel in scum villain, where original mc had to cure a girl through intercourse(and thus adding another to his harem lol)
