Because in shoujo you have to wait 300 chapters for a small kiss, and I read some hentais, but there are no storie, only sex scenes.

Well, yaoi is actually a genre for gay couples with sex scenes, yuri is for lesbians and josei is for straight couples but the main character is female. Of course, a male mc (seinen) usually leads to hentai without plot so lol josei is better. P/s seinen doesn't always come with the romance and sex.
For the soft fluffy romance (without sex scenes), shounen-ai (gay), shoujo-ai (lesbian) and shoujo (straight with female mc). For male mc, the genre is shounen but you have to search it along with the romance genre because most of shounens are fighting stuff.
