OKAY as much as I want Sam and Henry to end up together —- just no. There’s so much pain and history there that they’re just better off apart. Also, the past 50 or so chapters wouldn’t make sense if it ends like a fucking cliché. And no, baby. That doesn’t mean Henry deserves Seth. Go find someone else to string along.
I dunno about you guys but to be honest, at this point in the story line, I just feel sorry for both Sam and Seth. I’m not saying they’re not at fault in any way, coz that’s unfair for Henry coz I feel him, but c’mon, Henry has had a lot of time to process his feelings for Sam and kept on “assuming” things for and about him. He never actually asked Sam even once what he thought about things or how he’s feeling. It’s all about Sam asking him how he’s been or has he been taking care of himself. He’s been distancing himself without actually distancing himself. I’m actually glad Henry and Sam’s sister had that talk because Henry was right at one thing, and that’s when he realized he was becoming selfish. And stringing poor Seth along instead of just telling him the truth isn’t really helping his case. I get that he’s trying to “protect” Seth, but he’s only gonna end up hurting him even more. I wish that Henry gets some character development soon, coz really, poor boys.
I really love how the script was written. There were really some dialogues that made me smirk and giggle like a teenager! But what I appreciate the most is that we’re seeing the growth of the artist behind this work! As the story progresses, you’d see minor art details that were improved. It’s not as perfect and finessed like the other manhwas out there, especially when it comes to body proportions and style, but we see the art becoming better chapter by chapter. Can’t wait to read more!
The art has been up to standard since the beginning saying that it hasn't been as good is kindaaaaa you know....mean. JK this isn't like wilting light but the art is really charming.
It’s not mean, and I’m surprised that that’s how you interpreted it because if you look back, what I said is that “it isn’t perfect”. I never said that it’s not up to standard because “perfect” should not be and is not a standard. As a person who also does art, I notice not just how it generally “looks” but I go deep into style and finesse because that how I also learn to grow. My comment was never to insinuate that the artist is unskilled. I was merely pointing out it’s potential to get better through creative criticism.
XD i was joking (jk means joking) yeah but the art style is really charming
Lol! It’s alright! Actually I should thank you for mentioning The Wilting Light because I’ve never seen it. I read it right after to check it out and I finished the 24 chapters in one sitting! It was so good!
