as someone with DID what i would recommend is just act normal and if needed tell us where we are and what we are doing, it can get scary waking up without a clue where you are or who you know, also when we are switching give us a moment, everyone has there own experience when diagnosed with DID but i would just say act normal and dont pitty us cause it makes us feel shitty thanks
