After 50 chapters we see the 2nd appearance of the male lead. And the fl is on all other chapters and characters are quite decisive, cunning, and concise with her decisions. But whats up with how shes acting towards the prince. I dont like how she's so agitated when the prince is around.
I think it's because she knows he's insane, she mentioned in the firsts chapters that even in normal routes he was dangerous ou hard to get. So I think that's what's up
But then wouldnt gaining his favor be much more of a better route than straying off? Cause she's already in his radar. With how shes acting, shes gonna get herself killed irl. BUT of course we all know the writer wont let that happen and acting that way will make the prince like her more.... cause duhh. Its just kinda well..... disappointing. She started off so so strong
Why would the prince kill her for announcing that she doesn't love him anymore? Whatever her answer is, she's still gonna be killed. The prince already knows the og villainess personality and if she's gonna stay in his radar, he'll obviously continue in mocking her and humiliating her and probably stringing her along. The more her so called family can easily abandon her. Her announcing that is just to prove to the people who've heard her that she's changing. And btw, the more she doesn't give the prince attention, the more he sticks to her.
She gave up on getting callisto’s favor early on coz he is the most volatile/trigger happy (in this case sword happy?) of all the guys. Even in easy mode callisto’s favorability was the hardest to increase and it easily decreases which she cannot afford coz it if it goes negative off her head goes. I think in the easy mode callisto was the one who killed the fl the most. The most safe and rational action is to stay away from him. Not sure if the manhwa was able to put that rationalization earlier.

I mean for a change, it would be so much meaningful if Kano finds new love with Hiro and really love him truthfully - not just as a rebound. And for Saku to heal thru his experience with Kano without having to be together with Kano. They would just have a clean happy closure and move on. In fact, Kano doesnt even have to end up with Hiro. Hiro can go to Nanase ( totally simp this (づ￣ ³￣)づ ) Kano can just grow as an individual and prosper in her career. Maybe end up as a writer as well. Everyone gets a happy ending without having to end with each other.
