There’s been hints of there being a fourth one since the beginning, visual cues and some clues here and there. There’s a dark figure at the bottom of the staircase in this chapter after MC’s thoughts on the three Mugos. MC automatically assumes there’s ONLY three because that’s what’s been told to him by his family (no actual confirmation plus they might’ve not known or don’t want to scare him anymore than what he already was)
