- the taller boy keeps on messing with the shorter and confessing
- then the shorter boy got drunk and told the taller one off for messing with him
- the taller later on cried because the shorter boy would not believe that his feelings are true

So idk its actual genre but I think it's shoujo? But the ml(?) i think is in some kind of band and the fl likes him but then he is in a relationship with a mich older girl. the last chapter i saw the fl was crying and then she was accepting the fact that the ml(?) is never going to like her back
