Now I've never read it because the seme doesn't love the uke, but if two guys have sex and one of them likes the other, then that's yaoi. It doesn't matter how twisted the seme is, how the uke's love seems fake, or how unrequited the love is.

Also, I'd think that the author was AIMING for a non-BL. But in the end, where else can the webtoon go? The focus was the relationship between the seme and the uke, so would it be a bromance? Shoujo Ai? Action? Psychological? Horror? Thriller?
Let's look at the fact that the author published on LEZHIN. This is a romance-oriented website. The categories they offer are: GL, BL, Romance, Mature, Action, Fantasy/Sci-fi, and Drama. Where would ks go? Perhaps Drama, like what happened to An Uncomfortable Truth? But then take a closer look at the Drama section, and you'll find that you know NONE of the webtoons there except for An Uncomfortable Truth. Then take a look at the BL section. How many do you know?
