I like this so much more than Beauty and the Beasts. The FL has more personality and the love stories are more believable and interesting for me.
I don't understand the emperor, he was acting like a tyrant lunatic, killing people, starting wars and imprisoning the FL and he was confused that his nephew tried to stop him? Even if the nephew was not inlove with our FL, being a war starting tyrantbis really enough grounds for being killed. Idk. Did I read the latest chapter wrong? Is he still confused on why his nephew fought him or is he guilty?
He was under a spell of the ogfl (the redhead that died in the beginning) and even Edward in his memory knew it. When they had the fight it was after the spell broke. I guess he was feeling guilty already because all the things he did under the spell and Leo death so the nephew going against him when he needed support the most was his breaking point. I do feel bad for him about his past but that definitely not an excuse to how he is treating the nephew now.
Yeah, I think he also had the trauma of being betrayed by all of his relatives before too, so rather than seeing it as Edgar trying to save Liliana, he saw it as Edgar betraying him too.

I usually hate harem fics especially with male MCs because they make the love interests dumb aand annoying and the romance is really forced. But Cheonhee has a natural chemistry with his almost every eligible male character here lol.

The story's pace is just perfect for me. I love that we don't linger, Ijin just goes ahead and gets the job done. I don't even have the time to fully get mad at the next villain and Ijin has defeated them. I love it!
While I am also not a fan of unnecessary romance, the way people immediately hate and bash the girl the second the are shown even if they haven't done anything yet is kind of concerning especially since I don't see the same energy shown to male characters.
As long as the the characters and the story is written out properly and the romance not being shoved in our faces in the wrong places, I don't kind romance.
Instead of hating the female lead, if there is, how about we redirect that energy to the authors who cannot write out a female character properly.

I was ecstatic when this updated but the new chapters seems a bit meh. Don't get me wrong I still love it but I feel like they watered down the story? How did he get from having deep and troubling thoughts about losing himself and being very careful with his roles to being a superstar who is a okay with anything? Also the art changed from having a artisic vibe to a generic manhwa style. I'm still gonna read it though, hopefully the new team does the old story justice.
