Who translated 129. Its soooo bad. I definitely wait for better translations or the official one, which is sad because the former translations weren't that bad. Something must have happened for the quality to drop that low.

I know that we are getting this for free. And I am really grateful for that. I even said that the previous unofficial translations were excellent. But something must have happened for the recent chapter to be this unorganized and grammatically wrong. It feels like nobody from the translations group looked over it, and Beta read it. And you can not tell me that the chapter has a good translation when the person reading this needs to correct the sentences in their mind to make sense of the story. I love this story and have been following it since the beginning, and this was the first time for me that I didn't understand what they were trying to say. So I am not sorry when I rightfully criticize something that I like.

I feel like the Emporer experienced a deep trauma against grown women induced by his own mother, thus not trusting and fearing grown women and liking young girls more. After he met the now Empress dowager as a child who comforted him, he realized that young girls could not harm him and were, in his eyes, not scary. Thus his sexual tendencies were not there from the beginning but were induced by trauma. Doesn't excuse his actions, but it gives a reason and showcases how trauma can produce such people. It also explains why he didn't visit the Empress Dowager after she grew to a certain age and how he reacted by being "r**ed" later on by Jinsh's mother, namely apologizing and quivering in fear. As I mentioned not an excuse, but it could definitely give a reason for why he did what he did.

So first I think we should all thank uploader-san for their wonderful work! So without further ado THANK YOU SO MUCH! ヾ(☆▽☆)
And second, how do we rate the latest volumes altogether?
I feel like personally volumes 4 and 5 are my new favorites. The story, the plot, the drama, and the characters were all so well written, the characters in particular with their flaws, beliefs as well as their actions and reasons. Kinator is definitely my favorite of all of the Wo-brigade and we don't know what he wanted to say to Momo in the last chapter, I feel like his sexuality could be one of the topics in further volumes as well as his newly proclaimed position as the protector dragon of Momo and Manji, a true ally!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧ And I was wrong it wasn't Iwai who brought the brigade but Momo asked them for support!! I love their relationship soooo much! (≧∀≦) Maybe the turnabout of Manji's father could also be a topic for further chapters, both his brother Iwai and his wife told him he made a big mistake and that he should change his way, so also potential there. And we still have the plotline of Manjis and Momo's new home! All in all, I would rate the latest volumes 9.5/10! Only 9.5 because I got confused sometimes but that is my personal problem XD So now we need to wait for any kind of update but rereading is and will always be an option! ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~

Momo said BI Rights right then and there XD and Kintaro is becoming a real ally I love it. Since we don't know much about him maybe he is also gay or at least BI. He was at least not against kissing Momo out of curiosity.
OMG they look soooooo fabulous in their wedding attire I can't.ヾ(☆▽☆) I hope we get to see that at one point. Apparently, volume 5 is not the last one and a sixth one is in planning ^^

@Polarbeard I am pretty sure Manji turned his back on his family, not the other way around. In their eyes. As we saw in Chapter 31, they only know that Manji had a fight with Sen and then left the group; Tsuna never said anything about the incident with Iwaoi. He never explained anything. Manji just upped and left. Momo is pushing him to explain himself so that he doesn't need to run anymore and so that he doesn't feel guilty anymore. He either fully cuts ties with them now or reconnects with them. And for the fire brigade, maybe Iwaoi brought them with him. He is Manji's Uncle and the leader/founder, so not that far-fetched that he would bring them so that they could reconnect. Iwaoi doesn't know why Manji is here. He believes Manji wants to come back.

Me too, I`ve been reading it since the second volume but in your explanations, you sometimes phrase your sentences so that they have a completely different meaning from, I believe, something you want to actually tell. You wrote "... confronting his family who turned THEIR BACKS on him ..." which is why I wrote this comment. You also asked: "Also, why are the fire brigade guys hiding in Manji's childhood home?", which I tried to answer. I am not trying to be antagonistic, I just want people who read this manga for the first time to have a thorough understanding without any misconceptions. I admire that you try to explain nearly every chapter since even I had trouble understanding some in the earlier volumes, I just want to correct some statements that are phrased wrong. It is supposed to help and not to call you out. I am sorry if that was the feeling you got from my responses.
Welp, that scarred me for life in a good way. I could not stop the tears from falling at the end. And just the anticipation throughout the whole story, it never was boring or lackluster. I absolutely adore this story, even if it hurt me in my very being. does anybody have recommendations of similar stories, maybe without so much heartache (/TДT)/
clears throat: heaven’s official blessing, and global examination are both good, reminder global examination has a novel that has a bit more meat since the manwha cut / rearranged certain things.

Thank you sooo much!! Are they both green to maybe orange Flags? I really do not like red flags ┗( T﹏T )┛
well.. in taming the tiger the ml at first denies that he’s in love with mc, and is kinda an absolute cold blood thirsty ass at first, (partly blame the specific historical period for what he does) but overtime he really, really comes around to liking him and it becomes apparent considering the sweet and woah! stuff he later does for him, and even apologizes for the shit he put him through.
I know but i see that more of an orange flag than outright red. Maybe my kind of red flag is a lot darker than mosts XD
oh fuck I referred to the whole story my bad! what I meant with global examination was that if you want a thriller type story that code name ant couldn’t properly do, then yesish but I can’t and won’t spoil it.
heaven’s official blessing, I can’t explain it very well either since there’s 6 books, the manwha, and the netflix adaptation :’)
Ah ok thank you... i mostly stay away from thriller or horror type of stories but thank you for the recommendations anyway ^^ I already heard a lot about HOB but never came around to read it. (⌒▽⌒)
how about https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/murderer_llewellyn_s_enchanting_dinner_invitation/ ? this one was extremely popular a year ago and is coming around again, and don’t judge the cover art, it’s a bit misleading per say.
Thank you ^^ I will give it a go. A friend of mine recommended me Dangerous Convenience Store but it does not have the same vibe, though the story is still cute. Taming the tiger just has this special flare i guess ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I’ve read DCS, and I’ll admit it was a bit of a slug, and the ml became such a god damn meme.
I will look forward to the memes then XD
i rlly recommend "the tale of the yellow dragon" by the same author as this one. it was just like this where it was soso beautiful and tear jerking! i think "taming the tiger" for sure is my all time second fave after "the tale of the yellow dragon"
Thank you so much for the recommendation ^^ i will definitely check it out!
pls let me know what you think when u finish!!
Sooo I finally finished reading it. It was so lovely, and i also shed some tears. But maybe it because I read Taming the Tiger first, that i did not feel as emotional with this story. Dont get me wrong it was beautiful in many ways but i feel i connected more to taming the tiger than Tale of the yellow dragon. So it is the complete opposite from you XD since i read TTT first that was kinda my standard but TOTYD is definitely my second favorite!! Thanks again for the recommendation, if you have any more stories that you think i should definitely ckeck out wite me again!! ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
omg yes i totally understand that lol and ofc ill look in my favorites vault and write u again !! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
