I really want to read this, but can someone give me a relatively ok starting point chapter where the mysoginy won’t be as heavy? I really like the premise, even the art style, and I’m not willing to drop it—The mysoginy is just way too heavy that I can’t comfortably read it ( ̄∇ ̄")

I think you might want to pass on this one. The misogyny is always there and once it becomes less of an everyday thing, most of the story is over so...
Personally, I dropped this a while back, not because of the misogyny because the MC is strong and defiant but because of the pushed cringe romance between her and the emperor (it's no spoiler that he is the ML so I'm not revealing too much here). It's just messy. If this story left her as a knight and never introduced the potential of her and the emperor being romantically involved, I would say this story would be a good 9/10

Personally I feel it's worth the read despite the institutional misogyny, because many of the mangas are all pretty much heavily misogynistic (e.g. villian is just a woman who is so in love with the ML and so will kill the FL, all women are scheming b*tches who hate one another). This manga is set in a time period where misogyny is heavy, and the FL confronts it regularly, but I think what makes the manga is so riveting is that the women characters are strong characters. There's no stereotypical villainess who is drunkenly in love with the male lead. All the women characters have their own story.
[SPOILERS] The concubines don't fight with each other for the ML's love, they all care and support each other very much, and the FL herself learns to be empathetic towards women who are limited in what they can do because of the misogyny (e.g. one of the concubines faces pressure to have a baby due to her ancestors wanting influence and so has a ghost pregnancy, Lady Rebecca wishes to do more with her life besides being a concubine, two of the soldier's wives hopes to learn swordsmanship but acknowledges that they can only do it secretly). The female characters are written very, very well and I read the manga for them, because it's a breath of fresh air with all the other mangas where women are so trashily represented.
I love how determined she is (≧∀≦)
