Bl or Gl with bully x victim dynamic but nothing abusive. Like the bully is just a person trying to act cool, teasing for fun but chickens out when they see their "victim" but others still think they are bullying that person ykwim??? I want it to be wholesome. Idk how to explain it otherwise
