Couple of plot-holes but the story has promise. I get that the marshal knows what he wants and aims to get it but dammmn! they made it to bed real quick! Σ(っ°Д °;)っ even if this is set in a period closer to modern times, and regardless of the circumstances, that is still a reckless move towards a girl who has yet to agree to be with you much less marry.
Finally, I agree with a comment someone previously made cause it's true that her mom is really holding her back! I don't know the full story since a chapter is missing but CAN FEMALE LEADS PLEASE STOP FOLLOWING STRANGERS TO RANDOM PLACES! No excuses for walking into an obvious trap, especially after you barely escaped the last one. We.Do.Not.Negotiate.With.Terrorists!
