It's about a man who has to do everything for his beauty, while an other man doesn't & always looks good. One day that "good-looking" guy catched that "ugly" boy doing something with his chin (he was using a beauty product or something which I don't know the name of) & they the good-looking person fell in love (actually was I guess?)... They later started dating (if I'm right)

I was wondering the name of the title with this kind of story: a guy who is in some sort of an gang likes someone else & starts acting the total opposite. Aftwards he loses his lenses & acted kind & friendly towards him, the guy hé likes started feeling down.
