I personally prefer Shoira translation. They kept the ahjushi and when ahjuicy use Euijoon-ahh. The “-ahh” after a name means so much more because it is a friendly terms used to call someone you’re close with.
Compare to just Euijoon. The small details is actually a huge deal.
Translation is not simply translating the language. They are translating the culture and the characters’ feeling as well.

But is the kid in the picture really Candy? Since people are saying Candy didn’t really get a scar. But the kid with Hajun in their childhood picture got a scar

The kid in the picture was Hajun’s friend, that professor in glasses, Yunjae. Candy’s real or child name was also Yunjae. Hajun only remembered the name, forgot Candy’s face after the accident. After he was discharged he happened to heard someone called out Yunjae when they passed and saw a scar on Yunjae’s wrist (which he remembered kid candy’s sleeve was covered in blood so he assumed his hand was injured and left scar) and he then mistaken the professor Yunjae as his first love kid candy, and he clinged on him i guess, hence the picture...and jealous Candy! Hope this make sense :)
