From what I can understand, this may have been dropped.
And no, I don’t mean by the translators. I think the author dropped this.
Many of the (Chinese) comments on the RAWs’ site imply the same thing [“where are the updates”, “update update update” etc]. Episode 27 was uploaded on 25 August 2018, and although it’s still titled “recently updated” and “status: serialised”, there’s been no news.
The actual authors are Korean. I’ve been looking through their social media links (naver & twitter) but haven’t found anything relating to ‘Circle: Zero’s otherworldly hero business’ — just new projects.

Okay I though I was the only one thinking that the Queen and the Prince looks alike and Grumpy and Happy does too. Like maybe the hair is a bit different. But very similar.

Just so everyone knows and isn't waiting for more regular updates, this manhwa is now caught up with the Korean raws.
Both are at the end of season 1.
Season 2 is estimated to arrive in a few months~
At the end of ch36 the scanlating team said that they've decided to drop this manhua because it's been licensed.
For anyone that wasn't paying attention/isn't aware of what that means: there will be no further updates (they won't translate any more chapters for legal reasons).
