People who read clearly might have picked up some hints and realized this about the sex and essence but I'll say this to those who's complaining on uke's starving. No matter how many times they hv sex, uke didnt get the essence he needs from seme. Which explains why he was getting worse day by day. Idk if he just cant accept any essence anymore or smtg else,, and pls don't bash uke for being scared and confused. He's a vamp which in that world is being feared upon, he loves seme too much it wud scares him if seme took the news badly. Based on his past experience ofc. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
