This life she simply wanted to stay away from Oscar. But now that Oscar is acting on his delusion and she’s been made aware of what he’s done to cárcel she’s will have the need for retaliation. Before she gets the hint that Oscar remembers their past lives something will obviously happen that will endanger ines to fully trigger cárcel to remember also. Kana isn’t bad but I was hoping for big revenge trio the siblings and aqua’s love interest hopping in for him. And Akane is quick and witty and would be able to keep up with aqua and ground ruby. Kana is just aqua’s key to a happy ending. Which he deserves that’s why akane wants to stop his revenge but I soooo want justice for their mom in the most bad ass way ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

I’m assuming calix is the ML right? Things were going pretty well and intimately with einz but seeing how she “feels at ease” with calix is definitely a “he’s the ML” bell ringing… but she hasn’t even spent the same amount of quality time with Calix to even give that impression. He just seem territorial because he likes her and she keeps technically stopping his advances even if she isn’t aware… she’s technically not divorced there was no legal process and the grandfather refused to finalize it. She still see calix as her brother in law.
Okay so I'm not sure if this applies to Korean culture but in Victorian culture or european culture, from what I'm seeing in this little land of Euro make believe, when you marry your spouse, under the church, it's seen as you both become of one flesh. Therefore, whatever siblings your spouse has, also becomes your sibling. So according to etiquette, if she marries her brother-in-law it would be seen as in the same light as her marrying her brother. Yes it's twisted and it doesn't make sense, but keep in mind, that's what this Victorian era kind of time, said about marriage among in laws
At first I was living for this. It hit important issue head on. But after a while you feel the story dragging the problems keep going in circles. You lose sense of what the root of the problem is because of the fillers. I loved how raw it felt about how it talked abuse, grooming, generational trauma suicide and toxic societal norms. so many complex emotions and characters. But now each character is losing their substance. Many side characters that the other made you get emotionally invested feel like they won’t get a proper closure. And that’s leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
If pistachio is the male lead I’m going to be just plain mad because Tristan rightfully deserves that place. There’s no convincing otherwise regardless of how the creator wants ppl to feel bad for pecan or he is working behind the scene. He hasn’t done nearly half as much as Tristan! Walnut needs to disappear or something along with that half brother of hers that wants to get in her panties. (╬￣皿￣)凸
