This story has so much potential but the author keeps missing/dodging opportunities when it's around the corner TT, like I wish we had a more slower and smoother progression with the MC's introspection, like in the beginning when he got kissed by Woo-yeol, we saw how he was ig "unexpressive" because it was his first time coming to the real world and that never gets explained (as in that scene was never fully explored) and then later MC does a 180 with his personality where he can suddenly feel horny?????? Like I get it, but it feels so unnatural, especially Woo-yeol's. Like I don't want to sound like "eerm akshually" But c'mon, at least cover up some plotholes, and I really like this BL don't get me wrong, but the plot is going all over the place. One time we get some interesting lore drop, then the second it fizzes out and gets overlayed by unnecessary filler. This BL keeps EDGING ME. I cannot tell you how many times I was invested in the story only for it to be overshadowed by the same filler once again. Even after 31 chapters (as of now), we STILL don't know anything about literally everyone, I know it's to keep some mystery, but this is dragging and overdoing it at this point. Just give me the lore. I'm hungry. JUST GET TO THE STORY ALREADY.
Anyways, I'm sorry for yapping. Have a great day/night.

RIIIIGHT? I honestly wouldn't mind the MC being the silent type, but the fact that he's not giving Woo-yeol any hints or clues about himself is what frustrates me the most. Like he could've told Woo-yeol that one time when they were at the fast food restaurant that maybe he's never had a proper/good meal before and that could explain to Woo-yeol why the MC had such a big appetite????? Or maybe he could've just dropped a "I don't know my name" or "I don't know how old I am either" to Woo-yeol so that he could get a glimpse to his background??? The most basic things that would amplify their relationship more is just thrown out the window lool

THIS STORY WAS SO SHORT AAAAAAAAAARGH
I can't believe we were left off with no extras, no sidestories and not even a author's note???? TTTTTT
I really liked this BL so much. The enemies to lovers trope is a chef's kiss.
Youngwon's semi character development was very nice and his relationship with Hyun-woo was so cute yet sheet-gripping amazing. The only downside is that I wished the writer gave Hyun-woo some kind of backstory or lore so that we get to know him better, tbh in the story, we only got to see Youngwon really struggle whilst Hyun-woo was just on the sidelines "there" for him. Literally a knight in shining white armor I guess. He was "perfect" to say the least, maybe we could've gotten a glimpse into Hyun-woo's past relationships and all that, but I guess we didn't, and that's a shame. The whole Heesung drama was OK, I mean, he appeared, did some crap, got what was deserved for him then left and that was about it. Wasn't really a big threat, so yeah.
Overall, I rate this story a 9/10, simply for the art and the well done development of the couple's relationship.

wasn't hyunwoo's backstory the one where he got into a car accident which killed his mom? and he "turned trauma into passion" as he explained to youngwon.
i think it explained his character well, about how he doesn't really get too hung up about the past and instead uses it to fuel his ambition and drive himself forward.
it was the perfect contrast to youngwon who was too haunted by his past which really affected his present self negatively, especially in the love and relationship department.
and as they've both said before, they were really polar opposites, not just in types, but also in personality.
but overall, i agree with you, 10/10
THIS STORY WAS TOO SHORTTT, AT LEAST LET US HAVE SOME EXTRAS PLEASE AUTHOR-NIMMM (/TДT)/
is there a significant difference between the fan translation and the official translation from ch 1-19? I just read the fantranslation one without knowing there was the official one. Someone please inform me!
