I'm glad this is how she reacted. I'd be annoyed if she easily forgave them so this kinda reaction is nice, it'd how I'd react.

I agree. I kinda tired with the typical oh-so-forgiving-female-lead.
Even I know this all was just a manga/fiction, it still didn't sit well for me seeing a MC easily forgive those who hate, hurt, and even try to kill her every single time..

So Claudia's reaction is more humane to me and I absolutely love it.

I really hope the Sienna won't just give up the throne to Dyan. She's worked hard to get to where she is and shouldn't throw it away because of some li or Dyan out of pity. I'm wary of her relationship with Kun as well, if it were me, I would've taken the chance to come between him and Dyan like how the opportunity arose in the story. Dyan obviously had backdealings in order to gain the support he has now so why shouldn't Sienna as well? It's either treat Kun as an enemy or keep him close to build a wedge between them.
Even though this might be an unpopular opinion but I can't bring myself to completely despise her mother cuz in the end, she did it to make Sienna the empress. Truthfully, I've read the chapters and I haven't found a reason to completely despise her or why Sienna might despise her too apart from her being too controlling and not having any freedom. Maybe more information will come into light about what she did to Dyan or about her motives but as of rn, her mother is an ally imo.

I think there's more to her mother than what we and Sienna knows so far. I feel like she is not completely doing everything in favour of her daughter but so she can gain something herself. But I guess we'll see.
Also I found it very interesting that she doesn't want to get between Dyan and Kuhn even though she could. I think that just speaks highly of her character if anything, though it is true I would have done that if I was in her position. I enjoy how her character is written - it's refreshing and new, and decisions like these make her an intriguing person.

Oh 100%. She's not doing everything in favour of her daughter but hey nothing wrong w that necessarily, no one has to be that selfless. Sienna would be the goddamn Empress ffs, I wouldn't blame her if she tried and reap the benefits after everything she's done to get her on the throne. Cuz so far, it doesn't look like she hasn't particularly harmed Sienna in any way and a possible detriment I can think of rn would be she's a wildcard and that smth the mother probably did to get Sienna on the throne might've caused her to lose it to Dyan in the original future so she should be wary of that. And I hope that the part of her character where she doesn't wanna come in between them won't be her downfall because I don't recall Sienna's thoughts being explicitly expressed if she would still take the throne or if she's thinking to resign it and give it to Dyan and just wait for her 'turn' like how the original future played out. I don't think her mother is as black and white and there's more to her, as of rn Sienna rejecting the help of her mother seems illogical to me but hopefully Sienna doesn't disappoint.
