The problem is that it is still on hiatus and Lezhin hasn't updated on Lezhin English yet. Typically we are behind by 4 chapters, sometimes it is 3 as the updates days between korean and english are 4 days apart. It should update on Lezhin by October 25, if not then by November 5 at the latest.
