Imo I think she's referring to her previous more violent type of work, she has gathered a more "mainstream" media that could get more bothered about such topics, but still I think regardless of what people think she should make whatever content she likes and makes her happy.

Not actually manga-related work tho. She did some character designs for Paradoxx Live (you'll immediately know which character group she created), and back then when the news was out, everyone was like "wait is that THE bl mangaka??" or smth like that
I got the same feeling about that mangaka character... She must have felt troubled from time to time for drawing.. what she has drawn. But I adore her
