Okay so, I read the first 2 translated chapters. Translation is a bit wonky and I'm not angry at the translation team coz it ain't easy to translate. The plot...is well, outrageous..kind of...but I kind of dig it as well. ╮(￣▽￣)╭Not my favorite but I'll read it again if I want too.

I did my best to understand the raw. So from what I understand, [chap3] the president's other secretary (the one with the glasses) was also a snake diety or whatever and they have 3P sex kind of. I don't know if there was an insertion of secretary's penis or not but the president sure did. Oh the president and Kazusa also lives together now... that's a thing.
[Chap4] They suddenly have twins! Not baby twins but it's the twins on the cover of the manga. I don't know when, how or why but yep suddenly twins. Honestly, I'm not sure if they're related or not coz I don't feel any familial bond. And then the president evolved into a dragon(?)
[Chap5] the president introduced Kazusa to meet the snake people and they live happily ever after. And also the twins grew up suddenly (?) And they kind of harass Kazusa (?)..*inhales* #soconfused
Anyways the rest of the chapters are oneshots that I will not explain ┗( T﹏T )┛
