I think people are misunderstanding his concerns. He doesn't regret killing the woman, outside of the fact it was his first "player" murder. The player deserved it in that situation. What MC is considered about is that he almost let the bear guy die. If misha (fox lady) wasn't there, he would have let the bear guy die for the profits. And that's what he was worried about. That he'd get so cold blooded to let someone innocent die in the name of earning all of bear guys loot. It was the perfect situation too, since bear guy was mortally wounded by a "plunderer" player, so if MC didn't step in with his potion, bear guy would have died and MC would have profited big time, getting enough money for the level 6 of his immortal seal. That's what he is hating himself for.
My guilty pleasure is reading all these comments, omg you guys are so creative with your punishments for lister!!!
This series wouldn't be so infuriating if I could binge it... I know some people complain, but honestly I'm just a sucker for the "MC runaway" plotline. If anyone got any recs with more books like this (BG and BL both appreciated) especially when MCs situation is shit and honestly running away makes the most sense. I just hate it when they are caught so quickly.... Sigh
I think people aren't reading between the lines on this. From MLs perspective, his relationship was getting better with MC, MC was starting to "open up" and "rely" on him more, but ML just realized, it was all because of the pregnancy hormones. Did MC even like him? Or was it just because MC was pregnant? That's what angered ML. He doesn't know what to believe anymore, and he can't take the rejection that might come if MC "finds out that his 'love' and 'clinginess' were just pregnancy symptoms". Or at least thats what I took from this chapter
Lmao her face is like "oh damn, well anyways" ( ̄へ ̄)
No chapter this week, author is on hiatus (I tried to read the raws). They said, one hiatus per 5 chapters. So after 5 more chapters there will be a week break of no chapter. This week is that week. Come back again for next week!
1st problem: Okay the heck is the tower game he was playing? I thought it was single player, but it has to be multiplayer. But multiplayer doesn't make sense in the context of him being the only one still playing it. His first major item he gets gathers and fuses skills... The hell are skills? If you are playing a game, do you pick your skills? But this is the real world and people seem to be assigned them like other gate type manhwa series. How can MC know the answer to all different types of fusions (like the contract fusion) if he was the only one still playing this game for YEARS!?! Where can he find other players to take their skills and fuse them? How did he do this testing in the game that was multiplayer, but he was the final player?
2nd problem: his confidence. Is this game virtual reality or a PC game? It seems to be a PC game based on the technology of the world, but it has to be a VR game for his level on confidence. The hell does it come from? Even Kim Dokja acted confident but really struggled to enact his plans because he is an office worker who has never worked out a day in his life. Even with MCs knowledge that doesn't equal skills to back it up. MC knows the attack patterns on the mobs, but if it was a PC game, just cuz you know how to beat a monster in a game doesn't mean you can easily defeat it in real life where it's your body and your muscles you now have to relay on. MC was established as broke, had to fast before large food intake, idk how he has the strength to reasonably accomplish this. Also his cheats make no sense if he was solo-ing this whole thing for the last idk 6 years (ik it's 11 years but I'm assuming there were still some people till about year 5 when the game should mostly be forgotten by now), especially since he had to recreate his character from scratch. That doesn't make sense if his skills are dependant on other players skills to copy and fuse?!?
Problem 3: dumbass side characters. That woman who got stuck in the labyrinth with MC at one chapter is like, we have to stay near him so that we can escape, and then the next chapter is like, help is coming in 3 days, let's kill him now. They still aren't gunna be able to escape.... Sigh. This is brain dead. MC is over confident and has physical skills that come out of his ass (will make sense if there was progression due to stats or something, but he defeated tree monster without any of that...). I just wish I had something else to read. I've read everything by now :')
This is a personal rant, I do appreciate civil discourse about the problems I've pointed out and how you see them differently or if you agree. I'm still gunna read because I eat trash unfortunately, and I've got nothing better to read rn. I'd appreciate recommendations if you got them. I just had to rant since it won't leave my mind till I write it down :/
The book ban arc put me into a physiological crisis. Idk why but the last 4 books I've read have all had issues where there is no easy clear answer, and where the choice MC made was right but also lead to so many consequences, which is where I see this going. but this author has such a great way to have very real world applicable discorse in such an intriguing way. That's one of the reasons I love this book
Yes the first 5 chapters are whiplash, because most series, the first 5 chapters are the whole series. But don't look at this series like that. The first 5 are setup, the real story is 10 years after the marriage (chapter 5 and beyond). This is a fun, brainless ride XD give it a chance!

I don't get it, why did MC kill the emperor? I understand why he killed An Le, but why also the emperor? Can someone explain please?
Okay but like the art? Omg! Not every artist can draw children, but I wanna see a comic with kids from this artist now! They're so cute!!!
Well first things first. Anastasia was never an empress, she was a princess. The youngest or one of the younger daughters of the royal family when they were murdered during the Russian revolution. And it's not that her body was never disposed properly, it's that her body was never found. Or at least we weren't able to identify it with the other remains of the royal family. Especially since the castle was burned down so most of the body's were charred anyways. Could have been a translation error but wanted to clarify. If anything I say is false please correct me I'm going off of my memory of events
The mole on his nose keeps changing directions and it's throwing me off. Like sometimes it's on his left side sometimes his right. Pick a side!
Unstable frfr I HAVEE SOO MANY HOMEEWORRKSSSSS AAAAAAAAAAA
Bro, he didn't even give her a letter, he forced on her a marriage proposal. They are not the same and you are an idiot smh
For those who don't know. The publishing company for this series was toxic. The author/artist had to leave, but unfortunately the publishing company owned the rights to the book. So this book will never be finished, because the author doesn't work there anymore and she is legally unable to produce more chapters
To the people who complain about the rape... We're you honestly not expecting this? Did you read to chapter 40 and seriously think this was going to be consensual? I'm honestly curious.
I'm not spoiler tagging this because honestly it should be obvious and if its not, than for readers reading the comments. It's got rape.
Sighh grandmas dead or doc Dan attempted self harm, or both. Guess I gotta wait another 10 days to find out :'(
