i think the reason why he was like that before was that bc ianna still doesnt understand her own feelings and arhad loves her ever since she was still a god but didnt know what to do. he prolly thinks that if ianna kept on losing, she'll finally give in and choose to be by his side (the violet haired sorceress mentioned to ianna that arhad just wanted her) but bc arhad never rlly understood ianna, it ended up being tragic b/w them

I agree that Arhad and Alanna didn’t understand each other and neither really tried in the last life. In the last life Alanna just wanted to beat Arhad and Arhad just wanted to conquer Alanna as his final prize. In this life Alanna wants to be on Arhad’s side so she’s getting to know and understand him. In the process, he’s realizing that he can get her without violently conquering her.
Jeanette is kind of like Psyche in I Want to be You Just For A Day. Both are friends with the mc but they are both weaker and more naive which allows them to be manipulated and used which implicates our mc’s and annoys us readers.

This is basically a classic reverse harem except that it’s bl. It’s kind of annoying that everyone ends up falling for the mc so it’s kind of sad and unrealistic that way. It’s annoying that the world seems built for our mc. He’s not great at archery, but he shines when he needs to, and everyone loves him. But, it’s a cute story overall besides those things.
Rebecca, Arth, and Naska have all fallen hard for Sasha. But it’s kind of sad how Rebecca and Naska end up giving way to Arth because one is a woman and the other is a dragon so they can’t legally be with Sasha.
Well that, and I do believe Naska and Rebecca hold a platonic love for Sasha. I think Arth did too, until he began to think of marriage. So I don’t think it was necessarily a legal issue.
Maybe that’s true in Naska’s case but Rebecca truly wants to be with Sasha. If you see in the latter half of chapter 38 and in the aftermath of when Arth proposes she’s jealous of him, wishes she were a man, and wants to be the one to protect Sasha. She’s frustrated she has to give in to Arth and that causes her to double her sword training.

But during that scene, she also adds the entire ‘for sasha’ and then she adds ‘for everyone’ . So either she is lesbian and unaware of it, or she has strong platonic feelings toward Sasha. I feel like the strong platonic feelings is much more likely. Andy I don’t think she’s frustrated that she has to give in to Arth, I think she’s frustrated that she can’t do anything, since she’s a woman.
