I LOVE how complex of a character Suu is. He's caring, cunning, kind, selfish, resourceful, etc. He's super well-balanced and as the further the story goes, the more I want to protect him. Cuz most of all, he's kinda vulnerable.
this is a great read, but a frustrating one. It seems that everyone Suu comes across has different intent for him. Suu can't make any of his own decisions, and it's driving me insane. He's finally learned the truth and went ahead and forgot it. I hope he's faking it, dear god. he needs to get the hell out of there and take a breath of fresh air for himself

I mean, unless you want to change the definition, that's pretty much what omega-verse is, I wouldn't overthink it, just appreciate a new plot

I don´t understand the hate here.. And also among all the yaoi manga here, it is less !cliched" if you can tell anything when reading just one chapter...
I am actually looking forward to reading it.. Whether it ´s good or not nobody can tell at this point,...
But the thing is, what you described isn't all you can do with omegaverse, it's just what most authors ever care to do. I have read omegaverse before that weren't the same mind numbing nonsense, so it's *possible* to break the norm, but mangaka would rather shove some rape, maybe some angst, and some big strong alpha in there, and be done with it
I am not really sure how you can tell all this from what´s been given so far..
But if you know some good omegaverse yaoi that stands out bring it on. I would love to know more..
well, this is good if you like cliches, 2D characters, and plot with 0 depth
Had an interesting start, then kinda goes downhill from there.
I hate it when authors come up with ridiculous scenarios in order for the romance to progress (1. sexual attraction 2. kiss/sex etc.)
in this case, the author really wanted them to live together so it was like 'hey I know we just met and you could ruin my career but based on nothing, I see that you have job potential so why don't you move in with me?'
I just left the episode thinking 'wtf did I just read?'
Overall ok characters, really, really bad story progression
people complaining that the power bottom should be the top, stop. it's annoying af.
lots of things wrong with this manga, but no surprise there.
seme one day: goes to a prostitution joint to pay for sex
seme next day: "WhY WOulD YoU HaVE SEx WITH SomONe JUsT For MoNEy?!"
also, people saying that the power bottom is actually a sluttly uke like normal cliche yaoi, give him a chance. we actually haven't seen any signs of that.
I do feel bad for Jinsol, but what he did to Saegye was horrible. He used him, then crippled him completely, forcing him to live a backwards life he wouldn't even begin to know how to live. Not to mention to horrendous trust issues that Saegye is going to have to deal with.
And so far there doesn't seem to be a lot of remorse from Jinsol, no plans to right his wrongs.
I'm pretty angry for Saegye about the situation that he was forced into.
