I know a lot of people are upset that Rebecca and Sasha aren't romantically involved, and I get it. However, I LOVE to see two women who love and support each other in a healthy, platonic way. I feel like a romance plot is often forced on a lot of otherwise beautiful friendships. Friendships can be just as important as romantic relationships, let's not forget that.

I agree, fiendships should be pure. BUT, gay representation is also lacking, and throughout history gay relationships have been labeled over as "close friendships", so I think we can afford a few more gay plots.
yea i agree :( lgbtq couples have So Little representation in the media and when we do have some it sometimes just gets fetishized w zero awareness at all. and lets not forget the amount of queerbait T_____T
I agree with this^^. While there are signs of possible feelings towards Sasha, when Rebecca talks to the dragon guy (I'm bad with names, what can I say), she recounts the feelings of helplessness she felt towards the prince with no hint of a flashback towards similar feelings being felt for Sasha.
While this could be argued to be because she simply will not allow herself to recognize the possibility that she holds feelings for Sasha, there is very little to support that and is most likely Rebecca feeling love towards Sasha in a purely platonic way(to a much larger extent than is seen in everyday relationships however, as she feels so indebted and thankful towards Sasha).
Overall, I really like the way their relationship progressed and how nothing is forced or fetishized. Regardless of whether or not Rebecca holds romantic feelings towards Sasha or the potential for romantic feelings, their current relationship is really great and I love the friendship that exists between the two.
So there are lots of examples of action with an op strong male lead and no romance, but I don't see much (if any) of the same with strong female leads? They always have romance?
I want to see a strong woman do cool stuff without annoying romance plots. Why do men get all the fun? ;)

yeaaaaah usually I see some strong women on ya know the usual action/fantasy with strong male character but, then they'll fall in love with the MC then it'll get annoying for me(sorry not sorry).
It is equally annoying when a story with a strong female mc gets ruined bc she has to be saved by a guy for the "romance" even though she's perfectly capable herself.

Even though Cassiel is acting different in this life, and was probably under the affect of a potion before, I still respect the mc's decision to keep her distance from him. Even though he technically hasn't done anything wrong, she still has trauma associated with him and so a relationship with him could be difficult on her mental health. I hope he ends up happy, because he seems really kind, but I think he'll have to be happy with someone else.

My guess is that the tea she served when she first met Jayna had the drug in it. She gave it to him in the first timeline too. I'm trying to figure out though why Jayna is now immune to it.
I do respect her decision to distance herself from him but I just can’t help but feel bad for the current Cassiel, he obviously loves her
The spoilers did mention about the tea that has drugs on Cassiel's tea tho thats why he's so crazy over heels towards Angela in past timeline, the current timeline makes me feel bad for Cassiel （/TДT)/ but if this is what MC's decision, i will respect her decision and to the future
