Yup, i understand 8.8 coming from. While bcs this manga i don't have high expectations abt how story resolved the rape, still felt mixed up. Should be more nice if the new partner thingy not happened and mc just discovering and re-learning when they break up. Overall not bad.

I like how artist use different style which one of them is just a sketch and base color nothing else when it comes to conflict— most of them is maximo. Even the artist doesn't want to draw him yet still fully conveyed the story. Very real.

Even cat has better love story than i do, damn ╮(╯^╰)╭

Where etzel x emilette extra

In a blink and it's already 2 years... Also mc being proud of himself to not faint for once in week means he keeps fainting these 2 years, or maybe even not conscious. Aigoo look at his hair it was proudly fluffy before now it's so thin TT

Divorce arc took them too hard they kill each other than discuss peacefully as expected of dragon x wizard couple haha

as novel reader, i remember their battle so freaking intense (various weapon Eyra had as Labyrinth Wizard, burned houses, Yanu breaks slime!eyra's neck after stab him, sight of dying eyras everywhere and there's still more) so kinda suprise they done just in 1 chapter.. hope studio and the artist doing fine. I really felt the gap since manhwa focusing on YanuEyra relationship, lot of Eyra hardwork as Solath's Lord are not shown (as well how Yanu doing his best helping his lover by making any suspicious people go bald so Eyra could easily distinguished them)

AAAAAAA IT FINALLY HAS A MANHWA ADAPTATION, I'M SO GLAD... But why is it so erotic? I didn't read that in the novel.

I remember when I first read The Sidekick Prince Lives Again, the novel was such a beautiful and touching story. The character development, the plot twists, and the emotional depth really captivated me. It was a perfect blend of drama, fantasy, and romance, with the focus on the protagonist’s journey of growth and redemption. The novel was more about the prince’s inner struggles, his relationships with those around him, and his fight for survival after being abandoned in the past. It felt so grounded in emotion and character-driven moments.

Now, comparing it to the manhwa/webtoon adaptation... I mean, I wasn’t expecting this level of... eroticism? The visuals are definitely more exaggerated, and while the art style is stunning, I feel like they've added some unnecessary fanservice that wasn't in the original novel. The relationship dynamics are still there, but it’s a lot more dramatic and sensual than I remember. I get that they might be trying to attract a larger audience, but it kind of takes away from the depth of the characters and their development, in my opinion.

It’s interesting to see how the adaptation brings certain moments to life, but sometimes I just wish they'd stick more closely to the essence of the original novel, where the focus was on the prince's emotional journey and the bond with Khalid. I guess adaptations are always a bit of a mixed bag.

The way the toxicity just increasing in tenfold lol stockholm syndrome so real the toxic uke yaoi very cliche, the husband chasing crematorium should be longer tho

What a great series to start the new year! Short and sweet, some conflict to spice up but not too much, also oLD MAN UKE ╰(⸝⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝⸝)╯ author so real, human x non-human it's always outlives the other so the angst always haunting. Each time Harumi thinking about Forni, me : wdym you 2 basically married alr, go get ur little husband back go go go ^ o ^)//

So it's either same timeline that changed because Hajime interference on the past or totally different, which author and god who only knows what happen

Considering how the novel was, i could feel the artist either forced to end and still want them to have their own happy ending, since the actual ending was... bittersweet. As romantic preferred reader, i could understand the intent, but it's still choppy ending nonetheless. U guys could read the novel or the spoiler thread on novelupdate if y'all want to know the novel one

Who could expect they *both* use lingerie... Not that im complaining :9

Uh... Is author is getting forced to stop or what.... Why it was so????? you can't convince me with that background on each character, also the world building, not just ministry of science slash concubine setting but also others yet it's epilogue already dang it ┻━┻︵└(´_`└)

what's in author head or editor that telling story he's been assaulted many times then get assaulted by the one he talked to is good premise.... i know is fiction but dang, what a great depiction of toxic men

I keep coming back whenever i see the cover just to see Keith regrets and grovel (it's need more tbh) and noticing that the omegaverse here are quite different than other (i just have too much free time lol).

1. How the mark works. Usually, alpha could marks lot of omega while omega only can have one Alpha. But here is state that despite being top of the chains, Alpha only marked once by omega, yet omega can marks many alpha. It's depicting how mighty Alpha could be, in relationship, Omega is the one who takes control. Alpha's mark on omega also could easily faded (Miller's line) even after a day. I guess it's because the mark depicting the subconscious of each person; if an omega forcefully marked by alpha, the marks would disappear since subconsciously, they doesn't accept this alpha. Yet Omega mark would stay forever bcs alpha subconsciously accept, even love the omega even though they doesn't realize/denied it, lol. This also explains why Keith's marks gone when Yeonwoo amnesia because he doesn't accept Keith like before. I think this quite an unique settings :3
2. Omega tends to run away/disappear. This one quite norm and we could see this a lot on other omegaverse because they run from their alpha and etc. In this one we could see that not only Yeonwoo, but also other omega such Josh (Miller's omega) and Angel (Keith's birthfather). Even Keith's parent making this as sort of family routine as it's usual Angel to disappear when something happens and each time he came back, everyone in family should choosing jewelry themselves as gift and coaxing Angel haha.

tldr; i like how alpha could only marked once by omega, yet omega could marks many alpha in this one. Also how alpha's mark easily faded on omega, so it's not hard biologically on omega unlike other omegaverse works though the pheromone influence is still there. And last how Keith's family having routine to coaxing Angel each time he runs away lol
