He isn't loyal at all. When they began to go out, he still thought about Sooha. this kind of loyalty... and he isn't able to break with shout or tell her that he think she is a bitch. He just tells her "goodbye and goodluck". he is weak, he never had feeling for this woman. He just wanted to try to forget Sooha. That's why i say he is a coward. Taesoo seems more alive than this Joonhyuk.
