Does anyone else find it super annoying when they put like 5 seconds of isekai in even though it has nothing to do with the story just so they can get the widely popular isekai tag

I thought her medical knowledge is being put to use right now. She was a veterinarian.
They could think of a thousand different ways for her to have gained veterinary skills but instead they use the isekai copout so they don't have to write any backstory and can get to the main story quicker
