She was reported for having silver hair and red eyes in her past life? Why?
I think it was in her past life since she was in prision and explains why that girl from the shop was helping her escape when she was killed.
I dont think her hair and eyes color where the cause of her being reported. My guess its that those are caracteristics that make easier to find her after her escape.

I think what happened is (in her past life)
She was falsely accused (by Howard, Nera and Liza of trying to kill the queen) and imprisoned. However the four helped her escape. For the next two years, she wandered as a fugitive and the four suppressed all reports of her sightings from reaching the authorities. Though ofcourse she was eventually discovered and killed by Howard.
