I found the official English licensed site. The first 3 ch and last 3 ch are free. Ch 30 is already out and FREE to read! It says the next ch is coming out in 1 day.

If you want to support the author on shonen jump, I believe it's $1.99/month. They have lots of manga you can buy either by ch or whole like haikyu!!, black clover, my hero academia, etc. The first 3 and last 3 ch seem to be free for these as well.
