How do you properly pronounce yaoi? Is it ya-wee or ya-oy?

I've always avoid saying it and just say boy's love (tho there's hardly any situation for me to use it) since I don't know how the correct pronunciation of it lol ;<

    How I pronounce stuff:

    Yaoi - Yao-wee

    Uke - Yoo-kee

    Seme - S[air]-mee

Does anyone know the title of a yaoi manga wherein the seme is a vampire and his name is shion. The uke saw him under the stairs outside and it's raining (the seme is in his child form that time). The uke kinda like the face of the child seme when he saw him at first. He invited shion (the seme) at his house since shion said that there's no one he can go back to or no one to take care of him?? ( I forgot lol).

So fast forward,I forgot what else happened, the uke accidentally cuts his finger while cooking and when seme smelled the blood he licked the finger lol he transformed to his adult form after that and hot things happened lol.

The title have folklore in it??? I'm not sure lol since I kinda didn't pay attention to the title ( I'm an idiot).
