I think she has been indoctrinated by the church standards that woman have to have the personalty of a brick in other to be an acceptable woman and that's why she is depressed as she seems to not be allowed to be more than a pretty doll, baby oven and a brick. İ tbink you missed the point. She is not dump. Unlike many women's in shoujus she want everything to be clear. Personally i wouldn't marry a man who didn't even decide why he should marry with him . To prevent possible drama in future making everything clear is great choice
Are you also forgetting the Duke's past? She's doing too much I get it that you want your relationship to be secure but think about it the duke is dealing with some of the things she doesn't know about ad leaving without everything being cleared is very dangerous. The duke showed her that he loves her through little actions seeing its hard for him to express

Do you mean what she want is so hard to do? He just need to express himself. What she want is so normal for her fiance. Even he was aware of it last chapter and about to go for her. His past is no excuse to make his mind.
If something tragic happened to you then you'll be scarred his stepmother scarred him what's not clicking? She grew up in a household where she was able to freely express herself even though she was labeled as eccentric. Where the duke was not able to live so freely. He expresses himself through little things. Like going to the cake shop getting cake shop and buying her cakes everyday knowing he has no knowledge on sweets, opening up about his mother and past, giving her a new ring (since the old held some unpleasant memories) and putting a tracker in it, actually proposing to her in said cake shop in front of many people, always worrying about her well being and putting her first. Now tell me how isn't he expressing himself? He can't doing emotionally but he's doing his best. She's literally trying to force to give her this fairytale lobe story that won't happen.

you have a point but also try to understand from the artists point of view. as an artist myself, i wouldn’t react that well either. if someone doesn’t have my full permission to distribute my work, then obviously i’d be a bit upset. but you do have a point, i discover amazing artists from this site too! I mean I get what you're saying because that's what I do, like the second I finished At The End of The Road I went and purchased every chapter. I just don't think that's the norm and it's got to be so hard to be an artist and work so hard and make little to no money and see everyone enjoying your work for free. I know I'm a horrible person for reading comics for free, it wont stop me but it doesn't make it a nice thing to do.
