I feel like he's going to murder them all and I would support that but Sylvia's going to be really scared of him if he does that, so I don't condone this.
I feel like the reason why Arhad covered his mouth when he saw Ianna was because he smiled. I'm guessing he was happy that he finally sees the girl that he followed now follows him.

Maybe, just maybe, the villain's plan was to make Lucaon let his guard down or fall in love with Kyon. And knowing Kyon's attitude, he knew that once he remembered his purpose for being there that Kyon would run away. With that Lucaon would be so distracted by Kyon's sudden disappaerance that that would be the time to go for the kill or make do plan, whatever it is.
