I think he’s actively trying to act like the teachers he had who turned a blind eye to the bullying he had to endure. He then records it(I think there’s a recording device on his tie) and then uploads it to show everyone how fcked up the school system is as well as how bullying is such a big problem.

Guys, I'm thinking theres more to that dude who was being bullied. I may be wrong but he was trying to commit suicide there, but he didn't beacuse of Aizawa. If Aizawa truly didn't care, that dude who was about to commit suicide would've died that day.

Aizawa was holding suicide not but it wasn't showed that he wants to give this to this boy, it also could be that the kid give this to him or else maybe it was Aizawa suicide note that he wrote when he was a kid.
